RRAP Delivery Agent/First Nation Building Officer Working independently through the NISI agreements, I have agency agreements for the provision of RRAP programs for 10 First Nations (3 tribal Councils) in North-western Alberta, as well as inspect new housing on a fee per service basis for band housing and CMHC Section 95 program.
I also have provided energuide evaluations under the ENERGUIDE program and Indoor Air Quality Investigations. As one of the eligible trainers identified through CMHC Housing Quality Initiative (HQI) I provide training for communities wishing to enhance their housing programs through Capacity Development.
I have 30 years experience in the housing industry, have Journey man Carpenter certification and 5 years experience as a housing manager for a large First Nation Community in Northern Alberta. Before establishing my Agency agreement I worked with Northern Lakes College.
As part of the Workforce Development team I consulted with business industry and community groups to assess and meet their training needs. I worked with teams to design and implement new initiatives and joint projects including the digitization of the Better Builder series.
